- Account details: full name, email address, mobile number, password (stored in hashed form), class/grade, education board (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, etc.)
- Profile data: avatar selection or uploaded profile photo
- Enrollment & payment details: course selections, transaction references, payment method (when applicable)
- Academic activity: lecture progress, quiz scores, assignment submissions, certificates earned
- Communications: messages sent to support, demo class requests, feedback
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device type, operating system version, app version
- IP address, approximate location (city/region level)
- Usage logs: pages viewed, videos watched, session duration, crash diagnostics
- OTP verification records (email-based one-time passwords for login security)
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Payment gateway partners (transaction status, UPI/card reference IDs — we do not store full card numbers)
- Analytics and hosting providers (aggregated usage data)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your student account and course enrollments
- Deliver video lectures, quizzes, assignments, and progress tracking
- Process payments and issue invoices/receipts
- Send OTP codes, enrollment confirmations, and service-related notifications

- Hosting & database: Hostinger (website and API infrastructure)
- Video delivery: Backblaze B2 and Cloudflare CDN for secure lecture streaming
- Payment processing: Razorpay or other RBI-compliant payment aggregators (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking)
- Email delivery: for OTP and transactional emails
- Law enforcement: when required by valid legal process
All partners are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for school students (Classes 1–12). Accounts for minors should be created with parental or guardian consent. We collect only information necessary for educational delivery. Parents/guardians may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of a minor's data.
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: retained while your account is active and for the duration of enrolled course validity
- Payment records: retained for 8 years as required under Indian tax and accounting laws
- OTP logs: deleted or anonymized within 90 days
- Deleted accounts: personal data removed within 30 days of verified deletion request (see our Data Deletion Policy)
7. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), access controls, secure video delivery with anti-piracy measures, and regular server monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we continuously work to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access and update your profile in the App
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for optional communications
- Request account and data deletion (see Data Deletion Policy)
- Lodge a grievance with our Data Protection Officer
9. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Our website may use essential cookies for session management and analytics. The Android App uses local storage (SharedPreferences) to keep you signed in. You can clear app data from your device settings or sign out to remove local session tokens.

Your data is primarily stored on servers in India. If any subprocessors process data outside India, we ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place.
