These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Affection Coaching Classes website, Android mobile application, and all digital learning services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone, class, board).
- Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
- One account per student. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
2. Services Provided
Affection provides online and hybrid coaching including recorded video lectures, live classes (where applicable), quizzes, assignments, progress tracking, and certificates for Classes 1–12 and competitive exam foundations (JEE/NEET/Olympiads).
Course content, syllabus coverage, faculty assignments, and schedules may be updated to maintain academic quality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of material changes.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTP-verified sessions.
- Notify us immediately at info@affectionofficial.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity, credential sharing, or content piracy attempts.
4. Course Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for the stated validity period.
- Free preview content may be available without payment; full access requires successful enrollment and payment (where applicable).
- Access expires on the date shown in your enrollment record unless extended by Affection.
5. Intellectual Property
All video lectures, notes, quizzes, logos, branding, and platform software are the exclusive property of Affection Coaching Classes or its licensors. You may not:
- Record, download, redistribute, or publicly share course videos or materials
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass security/DRM measures
- Use content for commercial purposes or third-party tutoring without written permission
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. Student Conduct
Students must behave respectfully toward faculty, staff, and fellow learners. Harassment, cheating in assessments, impersonation, or misuse of support channels is grounds for suspension or permanent ban.
7. Payments
Paid courses are billed as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways. See our Payment Policy and Refund Policy for details.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge those terms.
9. Disclaimers
- Educational outcomes depend on individual effort; we do not guarantee specific exam ranks or board percentages.
- The Platform is provided "as is." We strive for uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access during maintenance or force majeure events.
- Third-party links (e.g., reference materials) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for external content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affection Coaching Classes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Policy). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage resolving disputes amicably via info@affectionofficial.com before formal proceedings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
