This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid course enrollments purchased through the Affection Coaching Classes website and Android application.
1. General Policy
We want every student to be satisfied with their learning experience. Because our products are digital educational content with immediate access upon payment, refunds are limited to the conditions below.
2. Refund Eligibility

| Duplicate payment / accidental double charge | 100% refund of duplicate amount |
| More than 10% content accessed OR after 7 days | No refund (course transfer may be considered case-by-case) |
| Account terminated for Terms violation (piracy, sharing, misconduct) | No refund |
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Free or promotional enrollments
- Physical study materials already dispatched
- Live batch fees after the batch commencement date (unless cancelled by Affection)
- Third-party exam registration fees collected on behalf of students
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@affectionofficial.com from your registered email address
- Include: full name, registered phone, course name, date of purchase, transaction/payment ID, and reason for refund
- Our team will verify enrollment date and content consumption within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
5. Refund Processing Time
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days (depends on issuing bank)
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
Refund timelines are subject to payment gateway and banking partner processing. Affection is not responsible for delays caused by banks after initiation.
6. Course Cancellation by Affection
If we discontinue a course before your validity ends, you will receive either: (a) full pro-rata refund for unused portion, or (b) free transfer to an equivalent course, at your choice.
7. Cancellation Before Payment
You may abandon checkout at any time before completing payment. No charges apply. Closing the payment gateway screen does not enroll you in the course.
8. Grievance Redressal
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, escalate to info@affectionofficial.com. We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 business days.
